Hi all,
As you know the club meeting is at Milton this Saturday as well as the 15th annual Milton Bike Show. There will be live entertainment with 2 bands playing into the night. If anyone would like to stay there is plenty of accommodation in Milton (from pub rooms to motels) and I have arranged a lockup garage with security alarm for your bikes. Might be an opportunity to celebrate the clubs 1st birthday.

So whats the planned route to Milton? Albion Park > Robertson > Kangaroo Valley > Milton?

I figure thats 1hr30m , 135km and most of a tank of juice for me hahaha.

I've got family commitments so I maybe late, if so I'll just catch up at Milton. Will you guys park at the pub or somewhere else like where the bike show is......Bike show? will there be hundreds of bikes or is this a low key thing?

spoke to judge dredd,meet at maccas Albion Park at 10am,so as to head down a bit ealier.My plan is to be back arround 4pm[other commitments with she who must be obeyed] honest

private mens business....no women turned up !!!!......so we didnt have a secretary to take notes....... on a more serious note their will be a activity in dec,at a date yet to be announced incorporating ride,meeting/membership renewal and possibly a bbq !!! committee positions will need to be filled including illawarra area ride co ord, as urio has resigned due to other commitments. scott was elected /nominated/bullied into far south coast ride co.for the southern southerners........discussion on including meetings with rides,as mid week nights havent attracted the southerners nor many illawarriors.some discussion on club regalia. membership now over 70 ducatisti[where are they ?] another discussion on scotts ability to read the weather!!!probably other items discussed, but you get the drift..that was sat and its thursday now !!!!! john

another idea was posting late rides on the forum pages say thurs/fri... if anyones going for a ride and others could join up if they want

the idea of late rides on the forum is a good one. I found that no body like to commit due to other engagements and weather to long rides and long time in advance and long rides need to be planned weeks in advance. This could eliminate the need for a ride co-ordinator.

Had I fully thought out that ride, I would have put my pillion stuff on and picked you up, such was the caliber of this ride , it was short but fun....and my cold DOT race tyres spinning at will would have slowed to a churn with a some extra weight ;D ;D ;D
