what would be the best bike road in the greater sydney area. My pick is MT keira road, Kangaroo vally rd and the section of the highway from Jervis bay south to Ulladulla.

I have a soft spot for the bit between Jamberoo and Kiama.
The worst - from the entry into Nowra until the exit out of Nowra in either direction.

Yep- I agree going in or out of Nowra is bad but not as bad as Sydney. P.S It's been that long since i have ridden that road i forgot it even existed, but this weekend i will refresh my memory.

have to agree...the Jamberoo road is great...as is that strectch between Ulladulla and Batemans bay...in fact Im going to take a days leave this coming Friday and do that road ...its a real 1098 kinda road....for KV Mac pass and the like I prefer to ride the Super Chookie ( my Multistrada) ti...with its plusher suspension and long travel forks it just soaks up the mid corner ruts...all I can say is we are si blessed with so much chice in this little corner of OZ...I cant wait for the clyde ride...now that is a superb ride....has anyone done the Oxley highway between Port Macquarie and Walca.....45 kilometers of twisties....a great road with everything...and there is also anotherone south of bonm=mbala whose name escapes me that goes for about 90klm.....

Only done from Walcha to Pt Mac several times, never done it in reverse.usually stop at Long Flat pub on the way down to Pt Mac.first time i did it ,had to stop in the forest for smoko,it was that long.bit like that stretch that comes from vic back to thredbo, another 100ks of full on cencentration and adrenilin,no time for a seniors moment!.The worst bit of road is probably that section at the bottom of Kangaroo Valley mt. over to the bridge,to rough for the 999 to do at any speed.
