Due to the many requests, we have decided to do it again!
Three days of Riding, Relaxing and Revelling at the Mudgee
Wine Festival. You will need to take the Friday off work though,
to make the most of the weekend. Highlights include great
motorcycling roads, fine food and wine, and a weekend away
with all your Ducati friends. Mudgee is an elegant and historic
town with natural settings in a scenic wine region.
Friday, 2 September
Riding Sydney to Mudgee [approx. 420 kms]. Meet at
Macdonalds, Rouse Hill, on Windsor Road (opposite the
Ettamogah Pub) 8:30 am for a 9 am departure. We will be
riding up the Putty Road to Denman Pub for lunch. After lunch
we continue on through to Mudgee via Sandy Hollow and
Bylong where we will check into our luxury apartments. Dinner
tonight will be at The Orient Hotel.
Saturday, 3 September
Relaxing and Revelling around Mudgee. Boarding the
bus out the front of our accommodation at 8.30am for
a trip to breakfast and cheese tasting along with several
wineries before heading off to the Farmers Daughter Winery
for a BBQ lunch for one of their great tender steaks. After lunch
we will continue our Bus Tour with several more wineries and
the ever popular Honey Pot for a tasting of honey. Wines can
be purchased and couriered home, if required, (or anyone
arriving by car may offer to transport our wines home). Dinner
tonight will be at one of the local restaurants of your choice..
Sunday, 4 September
Riding Mudgee to Sydney [approx. 420 kms]. Meet for
breakfast at a cafe in town at 9am. After breakfast we will
be heading through Bathurst to Tarana for lunch before
finally riding down the Bells Line of Road to home.

We will be staying in serviced apartments with lock-up garages
for your Ducati in Mudgee for Friday and Saturday nights. Your
Ducati will have secure parking during the stay.
