Hi All I did a ride late last week that went like this. Wisemans Ferry, Mangrove Mountain, Hunter valley, Nelsons Bay, Gloucester,Thunderbolts Way, Walcha, Oxley Highway, Wauchope, Home. I did most of it solo so I don't have many action photos but there's few travel shots posted here. Along the way I meet up with a bloke from Newcastle who was going up to stay at Gingers Creek and do the Oxley a few times over a couple of days. He was nice enough to act as my guide for the Oxley Highway part of the trip. So the only action pics that I have are of a BMW K1300R. There is a link here to a youtube video from the back of his bike. Please don't watch it if you think you will be offended by a BMW kicking a Ducati's arse. It's like watching the Italian airforce in 1941 V the Luftwaffe. www.youtube.com/v/vfc-WuSkmBY&hl=en_US&fs=1"></param><param The Oxley Highway is insane. It's like Macquarie Pass for 50 km with no traffic ( I did it on a week day ). If you own a motorcycle it should be compulsory. Here's a couple of pix. Mark N

going to make the annual pilgrimage to the Oxley this coming weekend...its indeed a great piece of Ducati road Mark ....unfortunately the last time I was up there a guy on a 998 went into one of the 35kpm corners way too hot...crossed the centre line and clipped the corner of a caravan being towed in the opposite direction...its one of those roads that demands respect at pace...but is a serious load of fun...btw...great photos
