Gents...I would like to propose Sunday 3 January for the AGM...any views?
Also plaese let me know if there are agenda items that you would like added to the meeting.
At this stage we will have the Treasures report, Committee elections and general business.

BTW gents in the abscence of hearing any contray views I will aim for advising members that the AGM will be on 3 Jan.
I will inform members of this date if I havent heard anything to the contrary by this coming Sunday 20 December.

Guys...sorry I got caught up with work and family stuff and now need to change the date for the AGM to Saturday 23 January 2010...suggested venue is Kangarood Valley pub at 11.30 am for the meeting followed by lunch. Cheers

Saturday the 23rd is fine with me. Much better than the 3rd I would have missed that one.
I'll be planning on going to the meeting.
