my own concern has always been flow rates!!.thats why i stick with genuine filters particularly on high reving engines like motocycles. and if its still under warranty.I cant imagine a testastretta engine being that cheap!!.At us$149 plus freight etc...[exchange rate is what ? roughly 60 cents [pesos]]im sure frasers would do a deal if you were buying bulk filters!!!.hj...always purchased bulk genuine for my honda dirt bikes, which were a cartridge type.

I replaced my oil twice and filter once, so far I've spent $200 on oil and $26 on genuine filter from Frasers. Filters are cheap compered to Shell Ultra 4.
So how do we get the price of ultra down ;D

Supercheap stock Castrol Full synthetic race quality oil for app. $60 for 4 litres. On castrol site they recommend for my duke mineral oil. x27 $200 for oil, you only have to fill the engine to the mark not your fuel tank as well.....Sorry just joking Urio

ozducati you got it right for the money it might as well be.
x27 i think all ducati are supposed to used Shell ultra 4. and as far as i know it is only available from Fraser. I never been keen on Shell product because the price. i used Castrol gtx2 on my Daihatsu Charade when traveling from Nowra to w'gong for work i put up 420000 Km before selling it and still going strong with the original motor. I got a lot of prize for Castrol oil. I thinking that when my ducati is out of warranty to used Castrol full synthetic oil.

your half right oz.they may well be using beautiful virgins !!,which may be a bit light on the ground and a big waste !!,hence there rarity and excessive cost, but isnt the oil fully synthetic?hj
