Hi All
Can have a stall and sell teeshirts and key rings hand out club membership forms etc.etc. @ Fraser's. (my wife used to have a stall at the markets a few years ago and we still have the tables and shelter i could bring) may be we could show off a few of our bikes. Dave and his bevel Uiro and his S1K, HJ 999, Alex and his track 1098 you get the drift.

do we have any stock left of t/s etc.do we need to order any !!!,not clear whether it would arrive in time.unable to attend as will be working.some will be at EC.you could take orders ! and memberships.hj

1] Can well do it
2] Do we have Teeshirts key-ring's to sell
3] Is it going to be worthwhile
If all answers are yes then we do it.I'll keep you informed.

they were meant to be a free gift !! to those renewing/paying memberships.hj ..... not even clear on how many were made ! could be limited edition. ross paid membership at agm has not been sent one!![spoke today]

Ok, So we have enough money to buy T-shirts but it needs to be better organised with one person having responsibility for selling and making sure everyone who pays for one gets one.
Who is the person who paid and didn't receive a shirt and who did you pay for it (not me I hope)
A stall would be good, we can probably donate a prize or two for a raffle or best bike or furthest travelled etc.
Key rings we have plebty - were meant for renewing members, but joining members could get one too.
The reason why no one has received a key ring in the post yet is because I am too busy to get it all dome, when I get a spare couple of hours I will do it.
We have a D16RR at the shop now - no it's not a demo - before you ask John.
If anything is going to happen it needs to be organised ASAP
