What is your most favorite mod you have done to your bike. Mine has been the rear shocks, from stock to YSS. the best value for money has been the air box lid. $0, 3 hours labour cheers Nev

how long is a piece of string.....the list of things ive done to the 1098 is too long to mention....ive tended to stay away from the bling and most of what ive spent on the beast has been on practical things which improve its track performance....

hi Alex the question was your most favorite mod ....not how many .. but just out of interst i counted the mods i have done on my bike and am up to number 15.... ......i was going to say thats alot !!!!....then i went out and checked my own out....as the saying goes ...people in glass houses should nt throw stones !!! i exceeded that number !!!......latest additions gold chain and ohlins rear shock...umm...so i then thought about it and you cant actually put just one item on and say its the best,it tends to point you in another direction and say you need to buy more to match....hj

My favorite mod would have to be the rear hugger that thing works really good at keeping the dirt of the rear of the engine. Don't know why Ducati does not put one on or sell them as a accessory

hey....i had to bling the track fairings...ok I will never make a spray painter but i couldnt bear to paint the fairings boring old red or blackor yellow...In my defense even though its painted up like the provebial pox doctors clerk the simple fact is they are track fairings and the practical purpose is absord the chips and sctarches you get from day to day riding on road and track...The factory fairings are safely tucked away...so the sterilgarda fairings are effectively cheap insurance... but as far as my favourite mod...number one has to be the slipper clutch...followed by the 1098R rear ohlins, followed by the lightened fly wheel, followed by the full termi system, followed by the zzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

i know its summer, but the best mod thats not so obvious is the heated handgrips, especially great for those early morning winter runs or that blast through the snowys come gp time. you get to ditch those thick and restrictive winter gloves !!hj
