What a great day, lot's of beutiful and shining Ducatis, the weather was also glorius, the only bad part was at the Deus caffee, bad timing with the swap meeting. Would definatly go to that coffee lounge another time and spend sometime looking at all those restore bikes.
Did any body got pulled over at the top of Mount Ousley? or did you all went home through the National Park?
Nev did you get lost or you just came for the ride to the Deus shop?
Look forward to the next outting

John...you definetely get bragging rights over Humpo...at a conservative guess his trophy cost him around $20,000 plus dollars on top of the purchase price of his "toy" Duke.......but it does looks good for sure even if it's only a pretend sports bike.
Now by way of comparison your trophy cost you some elbow grease while having a few beers in the shed...although I reckon it was the carbon fibre hugger from my old 999 that got you over the line with the judges....
BTW...What are you going to do with the $20,000 you saved...buy an 848 to use when you have to go and get bread and milk?

I think John's 999 definitely deserved the trophy.. as the judge of the 749/999 class, it was the best concourse 999 on the day... John, i can't believe you keep it so spotless...is almost anal... haha....well done, i think someone else was a bit miffed...won't mention names...
